Air Traffic Services
ATC systems, 24/7 CNS/ATM maintenance and the GTS Aviation Academy.
An integrated Cambodian aviation services group. Air traffic control is our priority project, alongside maintenance, ground handling and aviation fuel. We prepare in 2027, and every project starts in 2028.
Cambodia's new airports are adding capacity, and new airlines are arriving every year. Many of the services they depend on are still bought from abroad. GTS brings air traffic control systems, maintenance, ground handling, fuel and training together under one Cambodian group.
GTS does not operate an airline. It serves every airline that flies to Cambodia as a neutral partner.

GTS invests in the control centre, surveillance, towers, communications and navigation aids, then maintains them 24/7 and trains the people who use them. All work is carried out under the authority of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation (SSCA).
US$ million. Planning estimates, to be confirmed with CATS and SSCA through competitive tenders.

No capital is invested in 2027. The year is used to negotiate with clients, banks and partners and to file every licence. All projects start in January 2028.
Negotiation with clients, banks and partners; company, QIP and licence filings. Final investment decision in December.

Jet A-1 into-plane fuelling, supply contracts, and aircraft and parts trading.

A neutral, open-access fuelling service for every airline. Every litre is tested and traceable from the fuel farm to the wing.
Revenue grows to about US$32M by 2032, and EBITDA turns positive in 2029 and reaches US$11.4M in 2032. The ATC service fee earns most of it.

About US$23.5M of further investment, adding about US$14.4M of revenue a year once mature. Each project needs its own Board approval and is not in the base plan.
